Austrian Family Journey

4th of July in Durnstein

No hot dogs or red, white and blue today! Instead, we had a "taste of Austria" celebration and a beautiful cruise on the Danube with stops in Durnstein and Melk. Durnstein is a charming town of 900 residents, beautiful shops and a hiking path up to a medieval castle. What's not to like?
